The first day I came to the Communiversity, I was a little bit skeptical. I didn’t know what to expect. In all honesty, I just came to pass the time because I was bored at home. Little did I know that this was going to be the one big step towards my future. The Communiversity has given me another perspective on life… so many opportunities to explore! I never thought I would be able to swim or even to debate. The whole experience has taken me out of my comfort zone into a new diversity.

The Communiversity accommodates each student and focuses on each individual’s needs. The lecturers really care about our future, and they make sure that they explain everything until you understand. They leave no stone unturned. And I also met new people, new cultures and we all blended nicely together– young people and older people — but never a day did we have conflict.

What also played a big part were the TM sessions. We spent time to meditate in the morning and afternoon that helped to clear our minds and help us to absorb better. I will be doing it for years to come.

The best part is that it doesn’t all end here — the Communiversity team makes sure that they place you in a college, university or in a workplace. How awesome is that? The Communiversity has been a great blessing to me and a great gift to my community.
